Failure as a Doctor.
He performed my daughter's tonsillectomy while not fully informing us what the consequences were. While performing the surgery he burnt her tongue which resulted in her speech development being hindered, and just come out like it was not an issue. When requesting her medical records he made no note of the mistake, completely hiding the fact that it happened. Should have sued him and made sure that he could no longer practice medicine.

Hes worthless. Cancelled my daughters appointment after she became sick most likely due to her tonsils.

Needed my ears cleaned out and HE KNEW IT TOO! He said “well, you’re just getting old so I’m going to refer you to another quack, or uh “doctor” that wants to sell me $10,000 worth of hearing aids. Geez, wonder what this clearing house “QUACK” would do to my throat. Congratulations “Doctor” Clearinghouse Quack Phillips: as all doctors now, you are a total CANCER in this Quack area. “Here chick, chick, chick”.

I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips. He is very patient, kind, and takes the time to listen to you and answers your questions. The most important thing to me is that I don't feel rushed. Office staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. I've never had to wait long at all for an appointment.

Dr.Phillips has absolutely no empathy for his patients....he doesn't explain your condition to you very well and rushes through appointments.... And if you are at all late for your appointment he will refuse to see you... Very unprofessional and is just a non caring doctor... Awful experience with this doctor.
