Slow, unhelpful communication.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend Dr. Perdue anymore. I worked with him for years from 2011-2013 and at that time it felt like he cared about my condition and would schedule relevant tests and follow up with me promptly. His staff was also more proactive and scheduling appointments was a bit easier then. Fast forward to now: I messaged about an emergency room visit I had wanted to be seen to discuss what kind of treatment might help me avoid future visits. I provided information about which tests were performed. I received a message back (not in any timely fashion) that simply told me to talk to a surgeon (despite the E.R. diagnostics ruling out any indication for surgery). I followed up and asked for clarification hoping they (his staff, likely) would actually read the message this time but have been ghosted by the care team at this time.

They were extremely thorough with the information that they had because my clinic did not send over the records that they were supposed to. So he had limited information.

Provider would ask me a question and before I could get out a couple words he would start talking over me and completely ignore anything I said... He really didn't hear much of what I said at all, He just kept talking - Eventually I just stopped talking. He was condescending and dismissive.
