Dr. Parks
Excellent staff and most brilliant Dr. He was professional, kind and listened intently. He reassured me what was wrong with my eyes was nothing to worry about! Great experience from a phone call to schedule appointment to excellent care from the Dr. and his associates were fantastic. Thank you all for your support

My husband has had multiple surgeries on his eyes and Dr. Parks not only did a fantastic job, but he saved him from going blind early on by using revolutionary medicine that was still in trials in the FDA. He's been his doctor for over 20 year, and I cannot recommend a better, more professional, and experienced doctor.

I have had three detached/torn retinas, and Dr. Parks patched me up for my most recent one. He has a very business-like manner, and is very fast to deliver needed information. He is responsive to my questions. I credit Dr. Parks with salvaging my vision to perfection, and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring eye surgery. The Envision Surgery Center that he operates out of in Lancaster is top-notch. Very friendly nurses and other staff.

I had a very small hole in the retina of my left eye with a low grade shallow detachment that was almost unnoticeable to me, it only affected my night vision in the outer periphery. Using Dr. Parks for the surgery was the biggest mistake of my life, not only did he cause a major detachment in my retina from a major tear around a cyropexy mark he made in the unaffected area, he decimated my retina in the quadrant where the hole was causing total blindness in that area, just an awful surgeon
