Took my mom to the doctor. We spent there over 3 hours overall. Made several tests and my mom could not pass some of them and the results were wrong. The doctor checked her eyes carefully, then he spent a lot of time on computer filing all her information and finally had no time to answer her questions. Just ran away. His assistant took care of the rest. Made error in prescription of medications. Medications caused side effects. The assistant called me back that they do not accept mom's Medicare

I called to make appt. for 4:30 and on or a Saturday. I was told that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I was called 1 week later and I on a number that I did not leave. The lady that left a message said they had available on Friday at 2:30! I asked for 4:30 or Saturday. I called again and was told that someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours.. I requested that I get a call back with in 24 hours..no such luck! Scheduling an appointment should not be this hard, UNACCEPTABLE!
