Similar to the other reviews I've had an overall poor experience with Dr. Nagle. I have been working with him for over a year and a half after having no success with my former GI dr. Initially I was hopeful with Nagle, but as my symptoms really did not show improvement things really soured. I understand that doctors are busy and can't just wave a magic wand to cure you of symptoms. But it means something when you can at least listen and show genuine empathy. I don't ever feel like a cared for patient...moreso just a case number who can be billed for their insurance money. There have been multiple times where I'm told his office would contact me for a follow up appointment and then it never happens. I constantly have to send follow up messages because he drops the ball in getting back to me. When I've asked about potential therapies he shoots them down via his RN and just makes me feel so miniscule. My PT has finally convinced me to change doctors. Good riddance.

Deeply Disappointed Patient – Aug 09, 2024

The last reviewer took the words right out of my mouth! Dr. Nagle does the bare minimum every time I meet with him. He's never spent more than 10 minutes in any given appointment with me--which it takes months to get--even though I've told him that my symptoms are heavily impacting my quality of life. He recommended that I google search non-prescription medications on my own instead of discussing my symptoms with me. He's been so dismissive, not only of my symptoms, but of actual test results that showed abnormalities. I'm changing doctors and possibly even medical practices because of how he's made me feel.

Terrible at what he does
Really poor people skills - comes across as arrogant, disinterested, and had nothing insightful or helpful to say after telling him why I was there. His response to my email in reference to my lab tests was robotic, disinterested, and told me to get my answers from my PCP. Didn't even address other labs that were done. Don't waste your time and money here.
