There is poor follow through procedures on lab tests and long delays in recommending additional treatment options for patients care. Office staff procedures are poor. Losing notes you leave for your Doctor is common. When you call them on their poor methods, the patient is not appreciated for pointing out these deficiences. If you get any tests, don't expect them to contact you with the results. You will have to chase them down. My recommendation, look elsewhere, find a more pro-active doctor.

Been my primary physician for years. Is not a pill pusher. Will run tests to determine underlying issues first. Excellent person to discuss matters with.
