First impression was not good. He appeared disheveled and was abrupt. He did not give the pros or cons of having surgery vs not having surgery, or the risks of surgery. We had to "pull the information" out of him to get answers to our questions. Thankfully we had someone with us to know what questions to ask. We will not have him operate on our family member.

Unable to even get an appointment to see Dr. McCollister. First appointment was scheduled for 5 Aug then cancelled due to a surgery he was called in for. Rescheduled for 15 Aug but the cancelled that morning due to a "trauma" that he had to attend to. Attempted to reschedule but he will now be out of the office until 24 Aug! I am leaving the country for 4 months and won't be able to have the procedure performed due to the length of time it took to reschedule and his inability to see his patie
