Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

The negative reviews on here are bogus, or placed here by people who you just can't please regardless of what you do for them. This is a walk-in clinic, but it also accepts appointments, and those would be prioritized by the time they were scheduled. There have been some bad assistants years ago that have been thinned out. If you're in an emergency agonizing situation, go to the E.R. Dr. Mayer does good work and tries to cover the bases to narrow down your ailment. He's one of the best in Madison County.

With only 3 people in front of me at the walk-in clinic, I waited 2 hours to be seen. That might have been acceptable had I not noticed that he treated a patient who came in AFTER me first. And while I waited to be seen, I could hear him carrying on two different lengthy conversations (about cars and ties) as I waited miserably for help with my illness. As I'd already waited 2 hours, I was reluctant to leave, too sick to object.. Obviously, he lacks compassion & common courtesy.

Amiable, professional, courteous, humble, knowledgeable about hormones and studies done on them. A gentleman. Very impressed with his expertise and care and careful consideration and answers to my questions and/or objections to a recommended treatment that requires yearly tests. Unflappable.
