Dr. McDonald Was Wonderful
I was in a car accident and after back and forth a with a different facility, I made an appointment with Dr McDonald as I use the facility for other orthopedic issues. His staff was friendly and all my X-rays were completed within minutes. Dr. McDonald took the time to show me my X-rays and explain the next steps in my treatment plan. I really liked his attention to detail and explaining things in a way I actually understood. Would highly recommend.

The doctor experience that no longer exists
Dr. Macdonald was attentive and took time to answer all my questions and have a real conversation, rather than rush you out the door. He also took the time to explain x-rays and provided great ideas for stretching and exercise.

Carpal Tunnel Surgery
I recently had Carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrists and Dr. MacDonald did a great job with the surgery. It’s been only 8 days. I got the stitches out today and the incisions look great. He a great Dr.

Kindness Matters!
Despite having to drive 2 hours to see Dr. MacDonald, due to him not having an appointment available in my hometown, it’s worth it. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness & care have always been apparent whether I see the doctor in Columbus or in my hometown. I appreciate being treated as a person by this concerned doctor, having my needs met & not feeling rushed. Excellent doctor & excellent clinic.
