Dr. David Lutz, MD

I had a great experience with Dr Lutz and the Neurospine Center in Ft Wayne Indiana. Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Lutz is very thorough in making an assessment and explained the options available for pain management. Fortunately mine was relieved with an injection but if I have a relapse I will definitely seek further treatment from Dr Lutz.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lutz for 8-10 yrs. He is a very compassionate and caring. He is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. He has helped me tremendously with my pain. He explains well any questions I have and treatment options. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and Dr. Lutz and his staff are very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Lutz to anyone in need of his specialty. He is a 5 star doctor.

Dr. lutz is 5+ doctor. He is kind, helpful, and treats his patients with respect and knowledge. He has worked on my neck and back and will continue to to offer me the best medical service possible. He is no. 1 in my book!!

Seems to genuinely care! He doesn’t pill push and tries different approaches. (You Can kind of see by some of the reviews of people who didn’t get the narcotics they were seeking). It’s a shame going to a doctor who thinks outside of the box and getting mad cause he didn’t give u your drugs. He has several things that are unique and got rid of my knee pain after suffering for years.

Dr. Lutz came highly recommended, to access the cause and recommend treatment for my pain. I am very happy with his assessment and assurance. The pain is gone. Now, I've decided to see him again for an unrelated nerve issue.

I would give no stars really! He's the worst! I literally wasted my gas driving to my appointment. He didn't listen at all and I left there having a mental breakdown because I'm sick of doctors not listening and prescribing me medication that I've already tried in the past and didn't work. I have tendonitis in both Achilles tendons and have for the past 15 years and the pain has gotten unreal and is way more intense than my fibromyalgia, but he didn't hear me out and only prescribed me lyrica which didn't work in the past and made me feel like I was drugged just like it did this time. Trying to get his office to answer my call was so frustrating and all they did was tell me to stop the medication and didn't care that I'm still in so much pain because of my tendons. I've left voicemails and still no response back. I would not recommend this doctor, he is a waste of time and left me more frustrated than anything else.

Worthless! Very greedy! Jennifer is a snob and a liar! They will sue you after your insurance paid them reasonable and customary amount. All about the money. Stay away from this greedy place!

Dr. Lutz is very personable and kind. He took me from excruciating pain to great relief with a couple of injections. His staff ARE the BEST. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I had my first visit with Dr. Lutz today and left his office with no more answers then I already knew. His nurse had a horrible bedside manner and was extremely arrogant when speaking with my husband. When expressing how we need to get the procedure done ASAP due to my level of pain and how long I had been dealing with this pain, we were told by the nurse that “they see a lot of people that are in pain and that we needed to understand that they are VERY busy there”. No empathy was ever shown. If I can help it I will never go back there again. I only went to see him because my usual pain management doctor was going to be on vacation and could not see me any sooner.

I had been dealing with a strain in my lower back and hip for almost a year. I consulted with Dr. Lutz and after physical therapy my hip was not improving. Dr. Lutz recommended and injection to the hip and lower back which helped almost immediately. After the injection, I went back to the exercises and stretching and today, I have full movement with little or no pain. I would recommend Dr. Lutz without reservation. He listens, his treatment is conservative and he gets results.

Dr. Lutz, has been so helpful and understanding in my lower back problems. With the injections and following his advise, I feel a lot better.

Conservative Pain Doctor. Excellent staff. Trustworthy.

He refused to treat me. His staff was arrogant and I left on day of injections bitterly disappointed. I do not recommend him. Hes wasted my time and money. Too expensive . His physical therapy recommendations wasted my time .

Dr. Lutz listened. He found through listening that I was going to a therapist that was rushing ahead and having me do exercises that my particular injury was not yet ready to take. He referred me to a different physical therapist that had a better approach and as a result I am now close to fully recovered.

I worked with Dr. Lutz for a year and also was a patient and he is one that will excel in all he does because he cares about his patients and he is dedicated to his staff and believes in putting patient care first.

Dr. Lutz is a caring and compassionate doctor who listens to my concerns. He has helped me tremendously with my back pain and sciatica. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and provided treatments that have really helped. I can see why he has many awards on his walls. His wait times are better than most other doctors, and his staff is friendly. The office is neat, modern and clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Lutz to any of my friends or family.

I had an EMG and consult with DR. Lutz. His bedside manner was not caring at all. He had me flipping back and forth for the EMG did not offer to help at all, left bloody gauze where I was supposed to lay my head and had the EMG machine in the way so I was kicking it when I had to turn over, perhaps he could use an assistant there? He rushed through the consult and only offered me one alternative for pain relief. I could tell he was hurried and did not care. I still have many unanswered questions

He told me that his job was to have patients learn how to live with pain. Has no business telling patients that.
