Dr. Logan was highly recommended by a healthcare worker I respect, and he did not disappoint. He spent a lot of time with me on my initial visit. Six months later I found a lump while doing a breast exam. His wonderful staff put me in immediately and Dr. Logan did an exam, reassured me that it probably wasn’t cancer and got me a same-day mammogram and sonogram appointment. Happily, he was correct. I recommend him to everyone I know, and will continue to do so. He (almost) makes me look forward to my gyne visits.

To the patient who was highly offended by Dr. Logan bringing a student into the exam room at her visit...it is your choice and your responsibility to speak up and tell the physician you do not wish to have a student present during your exam. This is how physicians train and learn, but you have every right to deny a student during your exam. If you had told Dr. Logan you preferred to NOT have a student present, he would have certainly respected your wishes! Dr. Logan is a highly respected OB/GYN in the Pittsburgh area for over 25 years. Your decision to give him a terrible review and very unfair, as you neglected to be open and honest with him during your exam. Physicians cannot read patient's minds.

I loved Dr. Logan. He always listened with care and is a good diagnostician. I am so disappointed he no longer sees patients at West Penn Hospital.

I am a 62 yr old woman my husband has been unfaithful so i went to Dr. Logan to be checked for STD. This was very embarrassing to tell a doctor this. Dr. Logan made this even worse by inviting a student into the exam room to watch and listen to everything I said. It was insensitive and cruel. I was completely humiliated. I felt used, disrespected, like a thing. This was and still is a nightmare. Dr. Logan had no compassion for me, my privacy is not important to him. I can't trust him.

Dr. Logan was absolutely excellent during my prenatal visits and delivery. Enough cannot be said about his in depth care and ability to put a patient at ease. I knew I, as well as my daughter, were in the best hands under his care. I would follow him anywhere.

I was devastated when my employer switched to UPMC insurance and I could no longer use Dr Logan as my gynecologist, who had been my doctor for years at that point. I started seeing him at the recommendation of a friend and have recommended him time and time again (including, recently, to my mom, which speaks volumes). He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen.

Dr.Logan is amazing!! He was able to diagnose my endometriosis in the first office visit, something 3 other OB/GYN's couldn't do. Eased my mind about the surgery and cleared out the endometriosis. He really listened to me and took the time to go over my symptoms with me. If you want a doctor that listens, go see Dr.Logan!!!
