Sooo very likely. Matter of fact I am positive.
Dr Lautz is absolutely wonderful, professional and humble, polite and empathetic. He is maticulous in his surgeries. All his staff are awesome too. Very polite and professional.

Dr. Lautz performed my extremely successful Gastric Bypass on June 6, 2011 at The Brigham & Woman’s Hospital in Boston. I am a Registered Nurse & after a month of extensive research into me finding the best Qualified Bariatric Surgen I decided hands down to begin my very successful journey with Dr Lautz & his well qualified team. Dr Laura explained everything to myself & my husband. He wanted to make sure that I understood the risks & benefits of this surgery. I’ve lost a total of 140 Lbs.

I had bariatric surgery three years ago. During and since that time he has always made himself available to me for any concerns I may have. I trust him completely with my care and would definitely and confidently recommend him to friends and family. He has a wonderful staff and his physician assistants are top notch as well. I would not trust anyone else with my care. He is a phenomenal Dr and a sincere human being who cares greatly for his patients. He is an experienced dedicated and caring man

He has always been good to me, and provided the very best care. I trust him implicitly! His staff have always gone the extra mile to schedule services at the best times for me, due to travel from Maine. I will always recommend him to my family and friends, with ailments that I know he can take care of.

The doctors, the team and the entire program are excellent, and engage the patient in the healthy lifestyle habits that will lead to success. The care before, during and after surgery in the hospital and after discharge was great!

I has a very successful VSG with him two months ago. I picked him after searching the most experienced bariatric surgeons affiliated with the HMS hospitals. He inspired my faith in him as he is both an academic and a very experienced bariatric surgeon with over 2500 procedures done to date. His answers to questions are informed by the latest research, which he obviously knows well. He displays his intelligence with modesty, and presents as one with true compassion for his obese patients.
