Rude.
He was good at the first visit. During the second visit , when we told them we got a second opinion , he was not happy . His ego kicked in... He did not listen and ended the conversation abruptly.

Terrible. Went to appt my, “dr off today”
The back office was terrible. Multiple locations. Was directed to Lawrenceville location. Arrive, leave me waiting for a long time. Follow up with desk and was told “dr lamb is off today”. The Lawrenceville location was very sketchy.

Experience and dedication
I love Dr. David Lamb. I had my Microdiscectomy on L4 L5 S1. The surgery went well following a smooth recovery time. Dr. Lamb is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring doctor ever. Spend time with you to cover all aspects of pre and post-surgery steps. I would highly recommend Dr. Lamb to resolve a similar situation as mine.

Lower Back Surgery
I had lower back fusion surgery with Doctor lamb in 2019. The surgery left me with a condition where I was unable to walk upright and had to walk bent over. It is known as Flat Back Syndrome. I also developed a serious condition called Neurogenic Claudication involving the disk immediately above the disks that Dr Lamb had fused. I visited Dr Lamb a number of time about these problems. While he initially seemed to be encouraging regarding my having another surgery to try to correct these problems, he subsequently became less encouraging leaving me scrambling to find a doctor who could help me as I was unable to walk upright and was having a lot of pain. To make a long story short, I finally found another doctor in New Jersey who took me to New York where I had the surgery I needed to correct the problems. My surgery in New York was a success resulting in a very significant improvement in my Flat Back Syndrome and elimination of my Neurogenic Claudication.

A very pleased patient!
Dr. Lamb had a congenial demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He was thorough in his examination and listened intently to what I had to say. Best of all, he took the time to answer my questions and explain his diagnosis. My husband and I left the office feeling confident that we had come to the right doctor!

Personable, knowledgeable and professional
Dr Lamb always asks the right questions and listens very carefully so he can make the best possible diagnosis. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. Although thankfully I do not need to see him frequently, whenever I do he knows me and knows my particular issues and I’m always greeted with a smile and a handshake.

Deeply disappointed
Dr. Lamb performed a 4hr spinal fusion on me Dec. 2020. Jan. 2023 began to experience pain radiating from my back. I lived with the pain for months until it became unbearable and made an appt. to see Dr. Lamb. First, he spoke to me as though we had never met. He then went on to make it clear that I was wasting his time and he outright MOCKED MY PAIN. I left in tears. He did send me for an MRI but did not tell me that I would need a follow up appointment for the results. I could not get that follow up appointment for over 3 weeks post MRI. By this time I could not stand or walk for any period of time without severe nerve pain radiating into my leg(s). I took the MRI disc to a different surgeon at a different practice, received a nerve block and have been without severe pain for nearly a week now. Dr. Lamb would have me in crippling pain for another week from now until my appt. and then however long it would take for the treatment. I will not be seeing Dr. Lamb again.

Absolutely to anyone who needs a top notch surgeon
I’ve met with Dr Lamb’s PA Jamie these last two visits. She is professional, caring and listens to my concerns and frustrations regarding my leg pain. Dr. Lamb performed my back surgery in 2017. I was in good hands then and continue to be in good hands now with this incredible team. Thank you Dr. Lamb and Jamie

Outstanding !!!
This was my first visit with Dr. Lamb for chronic, reoccurring back pain (sciatica). As soon as he entered the room, he began a cordial discussion in which he took time to know me as a person. We then discussed the medical issue. He intuitively understood my issues and concerns. He walked me through an MRI of the lower back and suggested a course of action, which did not include surgery. Dr. Lamb is a true gentlemen, a gifted medical professional, and very easy to communicate with.
