My first appointment (FIVE STAR VISIT)
The waiting room was about half full, I was seen by his friendly nurse within 5 minutes of my ap[pointed time and Dr. Kuban within the next 10 minutes, Excellent. He listened quite intently any time I spoke and spent about 30 minutes at least directly with me. Really listened to my concerns and answered any and all questions. When completed the staff to and EKG for his records. Follow up in 4 months appoint made Very Impressed with all aspects thus far. All the staff were GREAT also. FIVE STAR VISIT

Does Not Listen
I was assigned Dr Kuban through Obamacare. I’ve been seeing him for years. He is very nice but does not listen and does not treat much more than hypertension. Knows nothing about Hashimoto’s and doesn’t care to learn. His answer for arthritis is always acetaminophen . You can only take so much acetaminophen before it becomes toxic. His staff isn’t the most friendly or welcoming.

Dr. Kuban has been my mother's PCP for many years. She is older now with some cognitive issues so the extra care that he, and his staff, take of patients and caregivers is comforting.

Dreadful... My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm, but they indicated a need for me to arrive 30-minutes before my scheduled time. After arriving at 3pm, I waited 4:15pm and still no doc. After wasting an hour and a half I decided to leave. Who wants a physician that doesn't know how to stay on track.

Probably the best doctor I've ever had. Listens to your concerns and takes the time to address them. When there are lab results he explains everything. Nevers acts like he's in a hurry.

Dr Kuban is our primary doctor that is far more professional than any of the other doctors we need for our family. When you are with him, you feel you are his only patient. Thank you Dr Kuban

Changed my previous prescriptions and messed things up badly. Rarely orders labs which is pretty important in thyroid disease. Does not understand or order correct labs for Hashimoto’s. Nurses are fairly rude or abrupt most of the time. Front office staff is nice, professional and respectful. Donna (referrals) does not handle her job well. Gets pretty testy when asked for a referral for an appointment three weeks away.
