Changing to another doctor. Waited over 90 minutes for appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes, with no exam by doctor and little information provided.

Staff is horrible, my pharmacy and I have tried for 2 weeks to contact Dr. Kim for a change in my glaucoma drops due to an insurance change. No one has called to change the script to a prescription that my insurance will fill. Also, wait times are horrible. I've been seeing Dr. Kim for 8 years and every appt is the same, at least an hour and a half wait if I'm lucky and up to 3 hours at times. I like Dr. Kim, but I'm a nurse and can't wait 3 hours for an appt. Will have to see another MD.

The most talented surgeon I have ever come across. During surgery, I had what I felt like should have been a traumatic event, and yet he handled it like a champ--he didn't even break a sweat. I am a big baby, and everything hurts, and yet, while I was completely awake, I felt nothing. I even went out to eat afterwards. I would trust him with any circumstance. I just wish I could have someone that competent as my primary care physician.

He was very short with responses to questions. If you didn't understand answer he was notably discussed to have to repeat answer. He looked to me like he was discussed just being there having to deal with people he thought were not his equal. I have been lucky enough to find a Dr and practice where you are a little more than a irritant to deal with. To be very clear I didn't want someone to baby me and hold my hand. I just wanted to be treated with a little more respect...
