Misdiagnosed
After complaining about persistent diarrhea lasting weeks on end, Dr. Herzog's advice was to eat more bananas (he's very much into plant-based diets). I sought another opinion it turns out I had a large precancerous polyp that was stimulating a constant urge for me to poop. Thank goodness I sought the second opinion because I would probably be dead by now. And after switching practices, our new doctors laughed at the medications Dr. Herzog prescribed for me and my wife with 'no one had prescribed those medications since the 1970s.'

Dr. Herzog misdiagnosed or failed to diagnose me for years. I had to walk in to a random facility off the street to get diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (after 10 years of back pain) literally two weeks after he gave me a clean bill of health from last physical. Terrible.

I would not recommend this doctor or the practice he works for (WestMed). He was not helpful at all when I addressed concerns to him. The final straw: he did not wash his hands before or after giving me a physical, which is just vile.
