Dr. David Haile, MD

Dr Hailee preformed two surgeries on my ingrown toenail. When I went back this fall in pain once again, he suggested another surgery. When I told him I prefer not to undergo another surgery, which obviously didn’t work, he brusquely clipped my nails and practically ran from the room with no further interaction. Having been a patient for several years, I was surprised and very disappointed.

I was able to be seen quickly for foot pain,and thanks to Dr. Haile’s expertise, I went home without any pain. He has a compassionate personality and gentle with procedures. Recommend.

What's not to like; the staff ladies are wonderful and totally helpful, Dr. Haile is not an uptight doctor, AND Chobie (the dog) is there to greet me and accept back scratches?

He performed surgery on my mom and said they would call her insurance before surgery and get it approved and run her benefits and told her they’d contact her if they had problems with insurance and they went through with surgery and a month later sent her a bill for all her appointments and surgery after failing to tell her her insurance is no longer in network. I would have thought they’d have the courtesy to let patients know before hand. Also every visit they told her she had no co payment or office pay visit. And then they slammed her with a large bill months later. Very disappointed.

Had an appointment with Dr Haile. Right foot was killing me. He went to work and I walked out with no pain. On follow up he made my foot even better. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great guy.

Dr. Haile has been instrumental in educating me on the needs of my feet. I’ve learned much about my feet, and have improved the comfort level of my shoes since visiting his office. I would highly recommend visiting his office to my friends.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor. I went to Dr. Haile 4 months ago, for bunions and a torn tendon in my toe that clearly needs to be surgically corrected. He said that I need an MRI. He submitted a request to my insurance company which they denied due to lack of information. He was supposed to call them to have a peer to peer review done but never even made an attempt to do so. When I try to call the office, they’re never there and never call back. This is going on for 4 months. In the meantime, I’m in pain and cannot get any one in the office to help me. The girl that works there is very rude and told me to just go to another doctor. He is the only one in my plan so I am stuck going there. To this day, no one is even trying to do anything about it. Dr Haile does not even call me or try to get this approved.

The best , he explains things that is to help your self. I would recommend Dr. Haile for all the foot and ankle check outs and work to be done.

Dr. Haile has been my podiatrist for ten years. He is fantastic. The level of care I have received of the years has been phenomenal. The office staff are friendly, courteous, and professional.

In that time, he's taken care of my family's foot issues as they have come up, has gone the extra mile for his coworkers (that inevitably become part of his extended family), & have watched as he reaches out to help the people of our community (no matter what it takes to make sure their needs are met-when & if possible-he's there!) He's a wonderful foot doctor but it's his care for "his people" & the heart behind his work that makes all the difference! Thank you Dr. Haile!

Dr Haile made me two pairs of soles to put in my work boots My feet were hurting so bad I am on them 7 hours a day on the road working construction I have had them for quit a few months now And oh how great my feet feel !!!! Thank you Dr Haile your the best

I had an appointment on February 27th, the Dr prescribed 2 prescriptions, one for a Pharmacy and the other one thru Optum Rx. I went to the pharmacy later on that night and also the next day and it was never called in! I called the Dr office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to be told various reasons why this was never called in and was told they would called me once the Dr writes it up! Friday came and went without a call! All the while I’m in pain every night, and it takes me hours to fall asleep! It’s now March 7th and I’m still waiting! Needless to say, I’m disappointed by the lack of caring!

Dr. haile is an important doctor to me. Dr. Haile fixed my shattered tibia and fibi. He has great bedside manners. I would recommend Dr. Haile to anybody. Thank You Dr. haile ..!!!

I would highly recommend Dr Haile for any foot surgery. After numerous unsuccessful bunion surgeries, Dr Haile was able to correct my bunion successfully at last. I found him & his staff to be very professional & friendly.

This is the best staff I have ever come across. Dr Haile is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. His entire team makes you feel very relaxed. It’s not very often you find a doctor that truly cares for his patients but Dr Haile is one of them.

For many years I have been in pain with an ingrown toe nail. I was recommended to him 3 years ago and he started cutting my nail giving me relief of the pain for 3 months or so, and than back again. Dr. Halle recommended I had the surgery to remove the ingrown part of the nail, and after so many agonizing months I agreed Dr Haile and his staff are wonderful. I am now pain free. Why I did not listen to him earlier amazes me. He is the best and I recommend him and his services to all

Our son had an ingrown nail that kept returning. We agreed to have the nail roots taken out. Our son is special needs, so this procedure had to be done at the hospital. Moments before the surgery was to be performed, this DR changed the procedure to just removing the nail. We told him the nail will grow back, it did. When we went back to him, he showed an illustration of a toe amputation. What's he thinking? Went to another DR, who did the correct procedure. Never had a problem again.

Dr. Haile is fantastic , best I have been to no BS just great care for me , my son and my Father in law.

Definitely would recommend Dr. Haile to friends & family. Office staff is friendly and everyone makes you feel like one of the family. Dr. Haile is an extremely competent practitioner, listens to you, explains whatever you need to know and develops a plan of care to take care of your problem. He is warm, friendly and compassionate.
