Rude and Disrespectful
This was my first and last appointment with Dr. Glusko. As a new patient I expected to have him come in and ask about symptoms, but rather he immediately came in and said you were just here (3 weeks prior) I’m not sure what you think I can do for you. His nurse wasn’t any better with bed side manner. She acted like she couldn’t speak and used her arms to wave you where she wanted you. (Imagine Vanna White giving you the new letters on Wheel) As I sat with tears streaming down my face because this man was so rude, he did my examination. ( only listened to my chest and looked in my ears) Told me I had an ear infection in both ears. Guess what? I had to go back yesterday and saw yet another new Dr. one who took the time to listen to me and to her surprise I did not even have an ear infection. It seems like Dr. Glusko just didn’t want to have me as a patient and decided to diagnose me with whatever he saw fit just to get me out of the office.
