Dr. Freilich dropped what he was doing and met me at the emergency room after an accident, via friend's recommendation. He assessed the situation and applied his surgical abilities to quickly and professionally address my wound. He then followed up the next week at his office. He exhibited calmness, patience, and excellent patient awareness. I'd recommend him highly.

The office was very dirty and unkempt. I'm surprised I didn't get an infection or worse. He sterilized the equipment he needed and put it on an unsteralized tray! What was the point of sterilizing the equipment? Also the "clean" q-tips were in an open container in the window! The "eye patch" that you hold over one eye to look at the chart was on top of the garbage can! Ugh. It was really awful. I should have just walked out. I'll NEVER go back there. The filthiest dr office I've ever seen
