Dr. Flack has been my physician for several years now. I was somewhat concerned when my previous MD retired, but I could not be more pleased. He listens, he takes time, he has a mild demeanor, he is highly educated and always treats me with respect and as an individual.

Dr. Flack has been my PCP for many years now and I have been completely satisfied with his level of care, compassion, friendliness, and thoughtfulness. I cannot express how pleased I am with him.

Dr. Flack is a gem. If everyone knew how great he is, I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment. He’s intelligent, emotionally intelligent, and calm. The whole experience of going to his office is stress-free. He lets me know the why behind his decisions and what he plans to look for at the next visit. My voice is always heard. Most importantly, my healthy improves with every visit. We make small talk about family. I actually look forward to seeing him, and I’ve only ever been able to say that about one other doctor in my life.

We were new to the area and needed to establish a new family doctor for both us. I also needed one to manage my diabetes. Dr. Flack was very personable, understanding, informative, thorough, was a good listener, and did not rush our appointment. His nurse was very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend him.

I have had Dr. Flack as my Primary Care Physician for over two years now. I don't think I could have found a better; more caring; or a doctor that really takes my medical care seriously and listens to everything I have to say. It is rare to find a physician that continually communicates and listens to your preferences and incorporates them into you care. He takes the time to listen to my description of my issues and gives a lot of consideration and thought and is not afraid to provide different options. Dr. Flack has worked with me to get the right specialists when I need them and is always receptive when I reach out with concerns or medical issues. I am the kind of person that is willing to travel to other states if necessary to get good care as I do have doctors from 3 different states as my medical team. I am glad that Dr. Flack is fairly local to me.

Dr Flack is truly the best Doctor II have had in 25 years. He’s always available and patient during my appointments. I highly recommend him to everyone who asks.

He took the time to listen to my issues and gave them a lot of consideration. Very pleased that I switched to him as my primary care physician, was not pleased with my former doctor. He has achieved more in one visit than my other doctor did in 3 years.

I would definitely recommend him to people and have . When at my appointment he will reference not just my last visit but my blood work from several visits and go over my results and see what I need or what I can do for myself and he explains everything very clearly.
