Dr. David Diffine, MD

He’s very thorough and if you need a test done, he will make sure you get it done. He listens and he’s down-to-earth doctor that you can talk to. I was glad I found him so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Blyville and he is not a pill pusher as some people say, believe me he test you every month to make sure you’re taking them or you’re not taking something else. I’ve had chronic pain for many years and he helps me out a lot and understands

Terrible..he would rather play on his phone the whole time and ignore u..and then bill u a bunch of ridiculous charges for labs and drug charges...it's all about the money they don't care about the patients anymore..and most of the patients take the same medication..and u have to fight every month to get them called in..probley the worst dr in town..he really needs to do better..alotta the patients are saying there moving to Wagners..or Cullum..they need ms Linda back..she was so more professional..and as for practioners I haven't seen one yet..I thought Rachel was gonna be good but nope not at all not anymore..:(..I know they could do better wished they would..

My whole life I've struggled with Doctors. DR. David A. Diffine is litterally the best dr I've ever had my entire life. He is down to earth, easy to talk too, and he listens. Any concern I've brought to his attention, he invegestates. He cares! If I could nominate him for Dr. Of the year I would do it in a heart beat!

Terrible doctor.... He may have left me with a severe B12 deficiency.... I left his practice due to lack of care.... No rehab after a stroke, no counseling, no pain management.... I was left in severe pain for almost two years.... Run from that doctor.....

Awful.... No physical therapy after a stroke, no mental health counseling, no effective pain control..... In a year after the stroke.... No referral to a neurologist. Total farce. Awful doctor.

He is the very best doctor around blytheville, everyone needs to see him asap, he cares to the fullest for his patients and will go out of his was to make sure you are taking care of, all of my family and friends goes to him and we all love him very much, The very best doctor by far I have ever encounter!!! If u need a test run he will get it done I been seeing him since he first camehere I think and he's been trying to manage my pain.and he's been getting patients in faster and he does random drug test if ur straight with him he will help u but if u lie to him ur wasting his time and he's not a pill pusher he's there to help people with real problems and pain I heard this women say something about the pain pills and I said lady u have no ideal what it's like to live in constant unbearable pain:(

It takes hours to get in he never does blood work

Generally, a good experience. The main waiting room is usually full and very noisy.
