Dr. D'heurle, Gave me an injection in my eyeball recently. As bad as that procedure sounds, he made it almost painless. I was so impressed that he took the time to explain what he was going to do and why it was necessary.

It is literally impossible to get past the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional woman who schedules Dr. D’Heurle’s appointments at the Midtown and Jonesboro locations. Her customer service skills are a ZERO. She doesn’t care and apparently the doctor does not care about maintaining or obtaining your business. What a dreadful representation this woman is for this doctor’s business. I treated here since high school for eye issues, but I am taking my business elsewhere. Dr. D’Heurle needs to come up front and see what’s talking place outside the exam room and monitor his scheduler and her communication with patients. It’s BEYOND unprofessional! She is totally uncouth!! I cannot trust your decisions if you have poor judgment regarding those you allow to represent YOU professionally, sir!

Dr D’heurle is one of the best physicians ever. My husband has been seeing him for years with diabetic retinopathy and Dr D’heurle is courteous, informative and kind. His office staff has been helpful but it can be tough to see the doctor on busy days. My husband would not go anywhere else.
