I’ve seen Dr Crossen for many years now. He is knowledgeable, caring & understanding. He’s always relaxed and doesn’t make you feel rushed and takes his time to answer any questions! I personally can be challenging having a debilitating bladder condition of interstitial cystitis “IC” (with severe bladder retention) issues as well as several underlying conditions which conflicts & makes my health issues difficult to treat. However; Dr Crossen still is very helpful with a sense of sympathetic awareness about him, which helps me to trust his care and treatment advice. He also has offered telehealth visits during this pandemic time which has been most helpful. Thank you!...Dr Crossen for all the years of great care!

Visits for the last 2 years have finally forced us to change doctors. i echo all the other negative reviews: staff incompetent, disrespectful, no follow through on calls or filling prescriptions. plus the appointments took at least 2 hours, most of that time in the waiting room to see him and finally being told he wasn't in and we would see his NP. He does indeed need to retire or at least fire all his staff and start over again.

Dr. Crossen needs to retire. My last two appts. with him were very concerning. He's screaming at patients and not focusing on listening to them and helping them. His staff is so incompetent that nothing gets accomplished. My health has gotten considerably WORSE, because of this. Can't leave voicemail because mailbox is always full. When you can leave a voicemail, they NEVER return your call. Can't get any Rx's refilled because Pharmacy can't get in touch with this Office. He has moved out of his Office and into his home. His wife got involved in my two last OV's and she is mental, arrogant and so disrespectful. Don't waste your time on this dried-up PCP; he's toast

Dr. Crossen is a fine gentleman but his staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They do not return calls for any reason, I called for an appointment and am still waiting to hear back from staff. They have told me for the last three years they have phone issues. I'm in the process of finding a new Doctor.

Dr. Crossen has been my physician for over 25 years. His ability and compassion are unequaled by any physician in Richmond. His ability to evaluate a problem and reach the right conclusion is amazing. He has great compassion for his patients and their families. Their is no other doctor that I would ever choose over Dr. Crossen. Not only has he been my doctor but he has been the doctor for all of my family. Henry "Jack" Conner

My GP for 32yrs. Last 2 or 3yrs staff gone downhill. Cant get meds filled on time. Cant leave V-ml -boxes are full. Need to renew prescription. Walgreen's cant get a callback from them. Staff is terrible, disrespectful. Cant even get through to get my medical records transferred. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I do not trust this practice to do the right thing anymore. How can I grade the doctor when I cant even get in to see him anymore?

My father tried to get treatment by this doctor for a month and a half with no results. We had to go to another practice who expressed concern about Dr. Crossen's wide range of diagnoses. He went back for a follow-up appointment and Dr. Crossen sent the nurse out to ask my father why he was there. Getting a referral from this office to a specialist is nearly impossible.

Have been trying to set an appointment for the last two weeks leaving messages with no return call. Finally reached receptionist and informed me that the are not taking new patients at this time even though this website says otherwise. I will take my money elsewhere.

Keith is warm, attentive and genuinely cares for his patients. He is a wonderful doctor with expertise in so many different areas and is an amazing diagnostician. He is thorough yet conservative in his treatment and stays informed about the latest developments in medicine. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Went to Crossen for years but had to change doctors because he just doesnt care anymore and his office is very inefficient. 't used to be better; he used to spend time listening to symptoms and asking questions. But I developed a couple of serious problems. He told me to take antacids when vomiting. I went to another doctor who ran blood tests and found I have a serious liver problem. Also, office forgets refills, sends the wrong prescriptions, and appmts begin more than an hour late. LEAVE.
