Very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed and he acknowledged everyone in the room during my appointment. He is the best dermatologist I have been to.

Him and Nurses are just awful. They rush you out and have no patience to even listen to anyone's concern. Just mean and nasty.

Whilst Dr. Crosby's CV states that he is an professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, his grasp of current treatment methods are worrisome and severely outdated. His medication recommendations included one that has an an FDA Black Box Warning since 2005 (causes melanoma and lymphoma). Older physicians such as Crosby should be be required to retire if they refuse receive continuing education.

I would not recommend Dr. Crosby for the treatment of plantar warts. I went to Aurora repeatedly over the course of two years for the treatment of plantar warts. Rather than spending any meaningful time treating me, Dr. Crosby would consistently employ nurses or PAs who provided substandard care for the vast majority of treatment. Even after specifically requesting that he provide the treatment himself, he would not do so. Now, my condition has not improved and I'm in search of another doctor

He doesn't spend but only 10 minutes with you and when it's10 minutes he's done with you. Doesn't listen to what type of symptoms you have only goes on what he sees visually.Doesn't explain to you what he intends to do he will give you medicine after medicine but never figured out what you have. I didn't like his personalityhe has none. Looking for somewhere else to go who will spend the time with me and care for why I'm there to see him.
