Dr. Cooley scheduled my colonoscopy and endoscopy for the same visit. I tried to reschedule the procedure the morning of due to prep not being fully successful. I called before leaving and the nurse said that it would not be a problem and to come in. When I arrived I again told them that the prep was not fully successful. Again the nurse said that they have that happen and it shouldn’t be an issue. Lo and behold the colonoscopy was not fully completed due to the circumstances that I presented. Now for the crazy part…during the endoscopy, they knocked one tooth completely out and loosened 2 others to the point where I was able to pull them myself while still on the table. Resulting in the need to remove my remaining teeth 2 weeks later. Not one apology or even mention to me regarding the teeth. After the procedure I was scheduled for a follow up appointment which they made me reschedule twice and then I get a call from a nurse in Toledo saying that Dr. Cooley referred me to Toledo for another colonoscopy. Imagine trying to commute an hour and a half home right after a colonoscopy. Really!? I decided to move on from this guy. Horrible Horrible experience. Patients beware.
