Dr. Cooley is by far one of the best doctors in the Metro Detroit area. I would strongly recommend going to him for anything. He is very knowledgeable and he cares about your health and well being. I have never trusted any doctors until I started seeing him. The staff is very good and they are extremely accommodating to taking you even when you don't have an appointment. I live in New Hudson and drive to Dearborn Heights which is about an hour away just to be under his care.

Messed up name on chart (Even after me correcting them and showing them license, messed up name on PRESCRIPTION and by the time i noticed they wanted me to come back in (not covered by insurance if you come in a second time), messed up medication on my prescription, nurse missed my vein (I have huge veins in my arms and this has never happened before), and lastly a rude office staff- they will cut you off mid sentence, not own up to their own mistakes, and speak with a tone of belittlement. I used to refer everyone to him, even for the time that my insurance wasn't accepted at his office. But I will NEVER do it again because the office is unprofessional. I was assigned to their office through Blue Care Network back in January. Now that I'm sick, they wont accept me as a patient, cause I haven't been seen by him this year. So unless you are sick at least once every 3 years, they give you the boot. Its very unfortunate, cause I feel Dr Cooley himself, is a good Dr.

Now sick and searching for a Dr in Dearborn, MI – Jun 10, 2016

1st nurse dropped the pulse device buy accident, doctor took about 5 minutes in the room, rechecked everything the nurse check and realized he didn't need to when he looked at the chart and realized it was already done, this was the least thorough physical I've ever had from him, the second nurse used the wrong needle to take my blood and MISSED MY VEIN while giving me an excuse about how straight needles are better for people with high potassium. Which is valid if I was OVER 60. Long wait time
