Dr. David Colombo, MD

Dr. Colombo is brilliant, compassionate and thorough. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor to oversee your high risk pregnancy. He has a very easygoing, thoughtful personality and is a wonderful listener who also takes ample time to talk through the clinical side of things to ensure parents leave his office feeling educated and confident in their understanding and plan of care. We have seen Dr. Colombo for two pregnancies including with our very complicated Hydrops’ pregnancy, and despite incredible uncertainty and adversity, Dr. Colombo has worked to offer us optimism and confidence in the choices we have made along the way.

He took time to explain things and listen and answer any questions or concerns we had.

Dr. Colombo was kind, empathic, reassuring, knowledgeable, and personable. As a first time pregnant woman with twins, he was so affirming and reassuring of my abilities to do this very challenging thing. I want to carry him with me wherever I go in case I need a pep talk!

Dr. Colombo was really wonderful overall. My husband and I were nervous, it's not usually great news when you are referred to a specialist especially in regards to your unborn child, but Dr. Colombo has great bedside manor and was helpful in keeping us calm but also very well informed of everything that was happening. He answered all our questions and made sure we didn't leave with anything unanswered or unasked.
