Dr. David Clements IV, MD

My son sees him for alcohol addiction. He is time in local office is limited and sometimes no one is there to take a message. If a message is taken by person or voice mail you are often left wondering when he will respond. We currently need him to respond to a medication scrip that needs changed. My son is out of meds and we are now two days into waiting for a response. He also does not take insurance so he happily makes a235.00 debit charge every time to my health card. I currently do not recommend Dr Clements based on our experience.

Dr. Clements handled a complex situation for me being on multiple meds for insomnia and anxiety after a horrible experience with my GP and first psychiatrist. He listened intently to my concerns. Together, we devised a highly individualized plan to handle my situation which ultimately resulted in achieving my goal of tapering off of the meds effectively when the time was right. I am extremely pleased with the results of my care.

I am eternally grateful to Dr. David Clements. I was in a very bad place in November of 2021. I was taking 2mg of Xanax daily and was having inter-dose withdrawal. I tried to taper myself off of the Xanax, but was unable to do so. Every doctor I spoke with was not educated regarding short-acting Benzodiazepines like Xanax. It suddenly occurred that I was in a very bad place. I felt trapped, powerless and hopeless. I luckily found Dr. Clements who was a god-send. He not only knew what to do right away, but was caring and compassionate. I am now completely off of Xanax. I tell Dr. Clements every time I speak with him that he saved my life and I mean that!

Dr. Clements is an exceptional healer, plain and simple. For almost a year now, the doctor has been treating me with what seem to be his signature approaches: integrative, holistic, progressive, practical and respectful; *highly recommended*

With Bipolar Depression, I’ve never dealt right my entire life. It’s as simple as that. I’ve been a problem with the law and with my loved ones. All until I met Dave. This guy gets to know you and works harder on finding a chemical balance that works for you than anyone I’ve ever met. You are doing yourself a disservice by not calling this man for psychiatric help.

Absolutely a great doctor. Tried others before him and only he could help me. He is cutting edge in knowledge and practices what is a very tough profession very well. Highly recommend him.

I spoke to Dr. Clements to learn more about how to better support someone I care about. Dr. Clements is a good listener who gave me clear answers to my questions. He shares up to date information on mental health studies and practices and he offers a path forward with actionable steps and other resources to access. If you're looking for yourself, or for someone you care about, I highly recommend Dr. Clements. He's easy to talk to, extremely knowledgable and genuinely wants to help people make progress.

Dr Clements actually cares about you. He has helped me move on with my life, however slowly (I have a ton of screwed up past events and traumas). He will listen intently, then provide an educated opinion of whats going on there psyh wise and how to start to fix it. he is great, and somebody I would consider a friend. he helped me get back into college, recignised the potential in me that I cant see for whatever reason, and has helped keep me sober despite the death of my fiancé.. love ya doc if ur reading this. ur the man.

Dr Clements is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to have taken care of me. He is so very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. If you, as a patient, are in crisis he is the doctor you should have on your side. Dr Clements has a personality that is compassionate, well rounded, and down to earth. He’s just a fantastic individual. In closing I cannot recommend Dr Clements higher.

What a listener. What a great listener. I was referred into him and just could not be more thankful for that. First class small company. He does it his way....the right way!

Dr. Clements is thorough, professional, and is very good about including patients in their own treatment. He is easy to talk to and I feel like I have his complete undivided attention during appointments. His secretary Elena is also very sweet and easy to get along with. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.

I have dealt with multiple substance addictions through out my 20s and was in a very bad spot when I walked in to Dr. Clements last year. I have met many addiction specialists over the years and Dr. Clements is in a league of his own for his effectiveness, knowledge, and compassion. If cloning becomes a thing I hope they clone Dr. Clements to fight the opiate epidemic. So many more people would be alive if more Dr’s in this field were like Dr. Clements. For someone who could not get more than a few days I now have over a year heroin and 6 months off all hard drugs. I’m finishing my degree and live a pretty normal happy life. Thank you Dr. Clements, for not only saving my life but helping me have the quality of life I have now. 10 thousand thumbs up. If you’re dealing with a substance problem see this man!! He will change your life. This guy really cares about his patients
