Better at billing than treatment
Dr. Clark talked to us for less than fifteen minutes. Yet he charged us on the category of moderately complexity and detailed treatment.

My mother was brought in to Dr. Clark's department due to constant confusion and memory loss. Dr. Clark advised that my mother was treated for another underlying health problem (what we did not bring her in for). When we explained to him that we are thankful for her being treated for that, she still was not treated for what came into the department for. I mentioned to him that my mother's physician, from the same hospital, left notes on her medical record regarding updates. Dr. Clark advised that he did not know "who this person (the primary care physician". The primary care physician advised me that she spoke with him before we even entered the ER. Now I had to return my mom to the hospital for the same (and increasingly worse) conditions. It seems as though, if it weren't for Dr. Clark's negligence to review the primary care physicians notes, my mothers condition would've been more stable with the original visit to Dr. Clark's Department.
