Dr Clark is great
Been seeing Dr Clark for a year and a half now with great responses. I’m so much better. The only problem I have is the communication is terrible with his medical assistant. She never calls back and you have to keep calling and their voicemail says don’t leave multiple messages.

Responsive and Helpful
With a complex neurological condition that hasn't responded to standard courses of treatment, I've been to a lot of neurologists and other specialists. I've never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Clark. Each appointment runs between 30 and 40 minutes of face time, with his focus intently on my symptom presentation and possible treatments. He's quick to respond to concerns about side effects and is willing to try aggressive treatment protocols. Beyond just Dr. Clark, however, his entire office staff is excellent. With complex medical conditions come complex insurance procedures, and they continually go above and beyond to ensure I can access medication affordably.

Dr. Clark is part neurologist and part detective. After diagnosing 2 main issues, he was very diligent in trying to figure out why I was having addition issues. He doesn't talk TO a patient, he talks with a patient. He asks for a patient's input and consider's their thoughts. He answers questions with in regular wording, not medical speak. He discusses options if they are available. He worked closely with me and doctors who he referred me to. He is easily the best doctor I have ever had.

Over Prescribed!
I had accompanied my husband on for his appointment. Dr seemed very caring at first. Since, I've called now (twice) to discuss that Dr had prescribed two stong drugs that are keeping my husband "well out of sorts" to say the least. Was told to leave a voice-mail to their Medical Assistant and she would call me back and instead of calling me or cutting the dose, as a result, of my call, this Doctors Assistant added an "ADDITIONAL muscle relaxer," along with keeping their pre-prescribed pain med (adding to the chaos , making matters much, much worse...now 3 problem drugs to deal with)- completely blowing me off and adding more medication. I called office today, approx 2 months later and was told to leave a message (again) by receptionist for Dr and Assistant and was blown off again... lack of concern and care for husband's well being. Not a caring office one bit!

Kind and Attentive
Too often I encounter specialists that are arrogant or have no bedside manner. That was not the case with Dr. Clark. My PCP referred me to Dr. Clark and I'm lucky she did. He spent time listening to me and my story and was able to diagnose me. But he was also willing to acknowledge that there were treatment options available that he couldn't offer. He graciously provided a referral to another neurologist and even gave me the option to do my own research and find a specialist of my choosing. He then provided me with a referral to that office as well. His willingness to take care of a patient even if that meant sending them somewhere else was a breath of fresh air.

I highly recommend Dr. Clark. He is the first neurologist I went to and diagnosed my condition. Not only did he take the time to answer all my concerns on that first visit, but also every visit since.

This is an update on an earlier review in which I was very critical of the office's communication and follow up. I have learned that I had unintentionally blocked the office number on my cell phone. The office had tried on a number of times to call and leave messages. THE PROBLEM WAS ME AND NOT THE OFFICE. I sincerely apologize to Dr. Clark and his staff.

Dr Clark was very knowledgeable in my condition. He knew exactly what was wrong with having explained my symptoms on his voicemail. Dr Clark was very patient as well as a good listener and he answered my questions as best as he could. Dr Clark explained what the condition was and gave me options on the treatment. I was very comfortable talking to Dr Clark and didn’t feel rushed.

Dr Clark himself seemed great at the appointment. He listened and took what I felt was appropriate action initially. I have had many issues with his medical assistant and would not recommend this office because of those experiences. I have left numerous voicemails that are unreturned about action that needs to be taken by the office. I have also sent a message in the patient portal that went unreturned. I saw a note in the portal from Dr Clark on medicine to take and I ordered the medicine and took it for several days before I received a call about it. I’m having serious health issues and I am very unimpressed that more action isn’t being taken to obtain a diagnosis so I can receive treatment. I have contacted my insurance company approximately 10 times, filed an appeal, and left numerous voicemails for the office on what needs to be done, the insurance company has left messages and sent other notices and this has not been followed up on appropriately.

Dr. Clark, not Dr. Taylor, is my neurologist. My experience with Dr. Clark on 2 Jun was superior in all respects. Dr. Clark is a true professional who listens very carefully to the patient. He provides guidance and direction in plain language so the patient can understand the problem and the solution. When I began seeing Dr. Clark in Sep 2019 I could only walk up stairs 1 at a time and I had difficulty doing that. Since seeing Dr. Clark, I now walk up stairs like a normal person. I can never thank him enough for what he's done for me.

Dr Clark was great at identifying potential causes for my neuropathic pain. He listened attentively, conducted thorough evaluations and also suggested a few non routine tests to be done. Overall, I was pretty happy with Dr Clark and would certainly recommend him. I also found the whole process to be extremely streamlined and went through the whole thing with absolutely no delay. The staff were friendly and helpful too

This was my first appointment with Dr. Clark. He listened to everything I was saying and showed concern and empathy with me. I have already been scheduled for MRI's, so that he can figure out what is wrong with me. Great doctor, great bedside manner and great staff. Highly recommended for any neurological needs!
