Would always diagnose me with seasonal allergies even when I showed obvious signs of having type one diabetes as a child. He completely ignored them and I almost lost my life until thankfully I got to see another Dr. on a day he was out who diagnosed me. He also continued to prescribe me medicine that seriously hurt my stomach.

When I was pregnant and the Pediatricians would come out and do like an interview with several couples, I knew at that time I wanted Dr. Chupp as my son pediatrician. I have seen the other pediatricians in the office when Chupp wasn't in, but they weren't nothing like Chupp. I loved Dr. Chupp taken care of my sons needs. My son is now 20 now but he always ask for Dr. Chupp when he was a child. I thank God we had Dr. Chupp in our lifes those many yrs. Thanks Dr. Chupp.

Dr. Chupp is a good doctor. The problems I have are with the other staff and wait times. He is part of a group of doctors you never know which doctor your child will see when you make an appointment and you can count on seeing a doctor usually 1-1 1/2 hours after your appointment. They no longer take walk ins so when your child is actually sick and needs a doctor you will have to carry them to a walk in clinic (or ER which was suggested to me, clearly that person doesn't have co-pays like mine).

I arrived 15 mins late when my THREE children had wellness appointments at 10:30 and we got there at 10:47 am . They refused treatment after I explained that I'm a single mom that works as a dental hygienist and I can't tell my patients to stop talking about their oral health because my kids are going to be late. I explained this to the nurse and she would not see my kids because they don't take patients over 15 mins late because THEY go to lunch on time (12-1:30) !!!!!!
