My doctor was very good at explaining what I came in to discuss, asked me why I wanted the procedure and listened to my explanation. He was very thorough, in describing the procedure. He was even very helpful in assisting with another issue that was brought up unrelated to the procedure.

Everyone was very professional and efficient. Dr David Charles was a super star. Since I fell ill in mid-November, he was the most attentive medical provider I have seen. He took the time to walk me through the CT images, explain what he thought was the problem and the way forward. I left feeling truly feeling I was in the best hands and optimistic about treatment and a positive outcome.

My husband is completely incontinent now after a cystoscopy. He wasn't warned that something like this could happen. With many calls made, Dr. Charles would only return a call once when I said I was going to come to office and sit there.
