I appreciate the visit with Dr. Chan, that was a follow up to a weekend Urgent Care/ER Visit. He discussed my concerns and made a referral to a GASTRO physician and gave me a prescription for the pain. It was my first visit with Dr. Chan and would gladly schedule one with him anytime. He was professional and addressed all my questions.

Front & back staff are always friendly and helpful. My provider seems to listen, engage positively each time. I've been with Swedish Richmond Beach location for many years & rotating physicians & almost always has had a good experience.

This visit was my initial experience with a new Primary Care Doctor and the Swedish Health Care system. I'm feeling very positive about my Doctor and especially impressed that a specialist recommended by Dr. Chan has called about scheduling a visit!
