Very well educated!!
Dr. Casey was wonderful! He explained everything to me, so I could understand it. This was my first time seeing him. I absolutely love him. I will highly recommend him. He has thebest bed side manners that I've seen in a very long time. He, his nurse, PA-C Rob rock!! Best of the best.

Totally agree with February 2022 Review!
Only concerned about his stats and not helping patients needing his services. I waited 5months only to have the same outcome as indicated in the review. All of the specialty care approvals were thrown out and only his final assessment mattered two weeks prior to surgery. There was no method or procedures to track, record and monitor progress over the months by his office. Several very expensive tests were ordered and completed but wasted due to his last minute change of mind. Would not recommend this doctor. He may be 'too' professional but not be any good. Great staff but a waste of time and money!!!

This is a doctor who is known for his excellent surgical record. Unfortunately, that is all he is concerned with - not with patients who need his help but might skew his numbers. He is unwilling to treat more complicated cases and will operate only on those patients who fall within his narrow parameters of acceptability, regardless of patient need. He is arrogant, dogmatic, and just wants to tell anecdotes about his shining career. Not a doc for me.

I was under Dr. Casey's care for the past 14 months (April 2017-June 2018. I found him to be one of the finest doctors I have ever seen. I considered it a privilege to be his patient in Pinehurst NC. I consider him to be highly trained, exceptional skilled and most pleasant. He has impeccable bed side manners, is professionally dressed, and spends his time with you as though you are his only patient. Never rushes you out and takes his time explaining procedures.

I needed bilateral knee replacements. I had been seeing another doctor in the same practice for a year and a half. St the end of the year and a half I still had no idea what the game plan was. I met with Dr. Casey on August 17, 2016. He had studied my case and knew exactly that I needed both knees replaced. I had surgery on December 6 2016. I just had my one year follow up and I am happy to report the x-rays showed everything is perfect. I had a great recovery.

Dr. Casey is a very professional and friendly individual. He spends a lot of time with you and answers all your questions in terms the layman can understand. He recently did my total knee replacement and was always available to me. He spent time with me in the hospital during recovery as well as my home recovery. He was a positive influence to me prior to and subsequent to my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Casey to my family and friends.

Dr Casey performed total hip replacement surgery mid-February. I had been trying to schedule in the Wilmington, NC area but with delays getting an initial appointment and more delays scheduling for surgery that were frustrating. Dr. Casey's was highly recommended by my cousin. Dr. Casey and his staff made the process so simple. His staff scheduled all pre-op appointments after my meeting the doctor and I had surgery 3 weeks later. I can only say I thank you to Dr Casey and his staff.
