Dr. Carter sent over 30 minutes explaining the pros and cons of my husband's procedure. He explained in depth the possible side effects post surgery. He took time to answer all of our questions. He was friendly and patient. The staff was pleasant.

Rude, unprofessional. I had the unpleasant experience in dealing with Dr Carter on behalf of one of my patients. I needed to clarify instructions that he had written and also needed to validate his signature since it was illegible and since he did not complete the printed portion of the required form. When he got on the phone with me, he was rude, arrogant, spoke over me so I could not explain my concerns. His demeanor is not at all reflective of his colleagues Would not recommend at all.
