Love this practice. ThStsff, nurses, Dr Carlson & Dr that does hearing tests are all amazing. I highly recommend this practice if you have any ENT issues.

This office was amazing from ease of scheduling, check in, triage, and my visit with Dr. Carlson. A-plus all the way around. Everyone was so kind and enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend this provider!

Doctor take time to explain all what is important for your health and give you options for surgery. If is not for surgery he will tell you. Doctor is very excellent and very trustworthy. Dr. Carlson care about your health.

Just trying to schedule an appointment was a challenge. Asking questions and getting answers proved very difficult and robotic responses to specific questions. If specialist get $275 for consult, I have questions prior to the appointment in attempt to make sure this is the right type of service for me. The receptionist needs more training on customer service. I will not be finding out what else. My health matters to me first. Keeping it moving.

Not much of wait time!

Excellent staff. From scheduling (they pushed to get me in early), to the nurse that prepped me - everyone was efficient and effective. Dr. Carlson listened to all of my issues, didn't minimize anything and explained all of his findings in a way that made sense. He performed a thorough check and didn't rush me in and out of the office.

I was charged an audiologist fee "out of network", although the Dr. is "in-network", I was promised that they would cancel the bill. I talked to his staff about 5 or 6 times about that. Now 6 months later, I am in collections and Dr.'s office won't call back

I had appt I was before 4:00 at the office but canceled it and doctor didn’t visit me I am really upset because office didn’t report me cancellation after three weeks waiting office told me we setup new appt after five weeks this is really awful

Surgery was his first recommendation. Did not help. Got second opinion and new doctor told me surgery would be last resort. Feeling much better now with new treatment. Stay sway from Dr. Carlson!

Finally, an ENT that will listen to to the patient. Dr. Carlson is kind, patient and genuinely cares about the people that come into his office.

It's always a great visit with Dr Carlson and his office staff. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Carlson cares about my well-being and my health. He cares about his patients. I am very particular about the doctors I see so when I find a good one I keep them.

The best ENT with a great personality & bed side manner his colleague as well is excellent. I felt safe and well educated as a nurse with anew diagnosis of Vertigo! First time appointments can take a while to get in but we’ll Worth the wait. I wish all doctors were as passionate and friendly as Dr. Carlson and his team!

I have been going to Dr. Carlson for several years, now regarding my ENT issues. What I like about Dr. Carlson is his ability and eagerness to listen and then to communicate with me about the issues at hand, in a very clear manner. His solutions and treatments for my issues are always on the money for curing the ailment. Always a pleasant experience to visit with Dr. Carlson!

Even though this visit was in the middle of the coronavirus mess, Dr Carlson and his staff were patient and very caring. Dr Carlson took his time reviewing my history, and fully explained all that he was doing and how they turned out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The wait on my first visit was short and I got into see the the Docter quickly! The Docter explained my condition and my options in a very easy to understand way. We scheduled my procedure and incredibly i had it corrected within 1 week. Again the Docter took the time to explain the procedure the recovery and possible outcomes thoroughly in An easily understood manner!!! The procedure was done and my recovery has been short. Docter Carlson read excellent and I would highly recommend him to everyone..
