I don’t know who is happy with this service…maybe just his family members, first my crown was obviously different in color from my other teeth, second-one of assistance will shaking my chair constantly with her leg( nerves or just bored idk), which very uncomfortable, second dropped heavy tool right on my front teeth which is pretty painful…and must important…in beginning I was absolutely clear about my budget and ask not for estimate but for final price…after couple months I got another bill with almost 800$ , really? I need work 2 weeks for this kinda money…insane

My husband is a patient of Dr. Butts. He is disabled and has problems walking. The office staff is very kind and helpful taking care of his dental needs considering his health. Dr. Butts is a very good dentist according to my husband and daughter. My only complaint is Dr. Butts does not take Medicare payments for routine cleaning and his charges for crowns and fillings are very expensive-more so than the survey I've done with other local dentist. His cleaning charges are also twice what most dentist I've talked to charge. So make sure you have good insurance because paying out of pocket can break the bank.

Dr. Butts’ assessment and treatment is exceptional. During my recent visit he spent ample time with me listening intently to my questions and providing clear answers and descriptions before proceeding. His technique was solid, I was not concerned at all. His staff members were polite and prompt. They clearly care about me and my health. I was well taken care of and highly recommend his practice.

Helpful, friendly, honest, and thorough. All you can ask for in a dentist!
