I Highly Recommend Dr. Burk for Hip Replacements
I had a lot of confidence in Dr. Burk from the first time I met him. He was recommended by a friend who had both hips replaced. My operation and recovery were very smooth and within about six months I was no longer aware that I'd even had an operation. Now it is almost two years since the surgery and I continue to be fine.

Dr Burk did mine and a friends hip replacement. So this is not just a 'one of' review. Both of us could not be more pleased with our outcomes. Additionally, Dr Burk and his entire staff could not be more professional and consensus. If something is not going quite as planned, he is right there to step in and get things back on track.

There are miracles on earth.
After several years of hobbling around, dragging my right leg along, family prodding and ultimately my own procrastination, I took the plunge. Filled with anxiety we met Dr. Burk. His demeanor helped relax the anxiety and I proceeded to prepare for the Right Hip replacement. All the preparation for the surgery day took longer than the surgery. In at 1pm, awake and walking around recovery by 4:45 and out the door by 5:15. After a couple of hours at home it was easy to tell a life changing event has occurred. I listened and did everything the great PT folks (Samuel Wells and team) told me to, and then some. I was driving within a week, back to work and now thirteen weeks later I have a right hip all the OEM parts are having a difficult time keeping up with. Thank you, Dr. Burk, thank your Team. I have found the joy in ambulation once again.

Outstanding!
I'm 58 and both of my knees were totally shot. (..too many crazy antics in my 20s and 30s..) In September 2022 Dr. Burk replaced both knees at the same time with titanium implants. He made it very clear that I would get out of this surgery what I put into this surgery. I have done my exercises every day. He made it very clear that it would take about a year until my new knees felt like they were my own knees. I'm almost 10 months into this and they are starting to feel like my knees when I was 25. I am 59 and in about a month I'm going backpacking with my 25-year-old son. (..If I get tired I will offload my pack weight to him..) Dr. Burk is a no BS physician who will help you if you willing to put in the effort. I wish I had found him 15 years ago.
