Went to my appointment today only to find out that Dr. Bullis has retired. It would have been professional for Dr. Bullis to inform his patients that he was retiring either by letter or a phone call. Very discourteous.

Great Surgeon, Terrible bedside manor. Appointments feel rushed and feels like he’s just doing a job, not like he’s trying to help.

My experience with his office was horrible. Never once met Dr. Bullis in person, only his stupid PA, who insisted that I go to physical therapy for months, even though it wasnt helping, he refused to send me for an MRI. When I contacted the office to find out if I was going to acutally see the Dr. Bullis, I was told that I didnt have an appoinment, even though I used the appointment card for the telephone number. I then basically fired them for being totally incompetent and called another orthopedic. Now I have to have surgery at the end of the month to repair my shoulder so I will no longer be in pain. Bullis could not even be bothered to see me himself. I had scheduled appointments and was forced to sit there and wait while the said Stupid PA decided to come to the office, they only time they attempted to contact me was when they wanted to get their bill paid, even though it is from a car accident. Complete incompetence, unprofessionalism!!!! I should sue them for malpractice!

He performed a partial knee replacement and was excellent. The scar is very thin! Not like I've seen on others that looks like a Frankenstein scar! He is very friendly and courteous and explains everything very well! I will definitely be returning to him to have my other knee surgery!

I would and have already recommended Dr. Bullis to my family and friends. Several other patients I've talked to tell me they come to him because they hear he's the best! I agree. He is very thorough, honest and straight to the point no mincing words here. I as a patient appreciate that. He has performed a total knee replacement on my mom as well as knee surgery on my sister. Has treated me for my De Quervain's syndrome and my son for his several sports injuries including UCL tear. Thanks!

Had a pectoralis tear injured, after examination i was told it was a complete tear and promptly scheduled a surgery to fix the problem.I am extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend dr Bullis.. I had visited another doctor who recommended me to doctor Bullis as one of the few specialists in the south coast that can perform a pectoralis major tear surgery..

I never go to doctors unless something is really bothering me. I Explained in detail about my pain and he completely disregarded what I had said. I informed Doctor Bullis that for the past week I had been icing elevating and taking 800 mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day, however my foot had become more swollen and the pain had increased. X rays came back negative and he said elevate ice and ibuprofen (same thing I've done for a week and it has just worsened) see me in a month no MRI Find someoneelse

Went to him from a second opinion on a hip replacement. He was rude and condescending, rolled is eyes and sighed when I spoke on how bad my pain was. I'm 50 pounds over weight, he suggested I have gastric bypass surgery before a hip replacement. When I said d rather not have the bypass I'd rather try to lose the weight before the surgery myself he asked sarcasticly "ok, so when should we schedule the surgery, 1 month?" I would not recommend this establishment to anyone

Went to the office for hand pain, numbness and tingling of fingers. Was told I had no insurance when checked in. Told secretary to call to verify that I did and was told 'we can't call for every one that walks in the door'. Paid $100 for the visit. Was told the brace that was holding thumb straight was 'useless' and all I had was tennis elbow. Move forward 2 months and I still haven't received my money back. Surgery being done in Boston next week. This place is a joke!!!!

I had a total knee replacement May 10th. I had suffered for over 30 years with knee pain and discomfort. I could not be happier with the results. Within three weeks there was minimal pain and now two months later, my knee and leg strength have almost completely recovered. I could not be more pleased with the doctor, his demeanor, his staff and most importantly the results. He was more than happy to address any questions and concerns.
