I have had a terrible experience with Done. I was abandoned by my provider and no one at Done. has done anything to resolve the issue leaving me in crisis. Dr. Brody lends his name to this telehealth service but takes no responsibility in caring for patients or their treatment. I was scammed by the Dr. Brody and Done. I believed that my ADHD would be me managed professionally and responsibly. It has been an absolute disaster and this physician bears responsibility for how poorly patients are treated by Done.
