Unprofessional!
Dr. did not explain what was going on well. Was offended if you ask questions so you can understand. Very condescending. Terrible experience. Ankle still isn't healed. Finding another Dr.!

Extremely pleased and happy with my Dr Blancho. Very good. Very courteous. Very sympathetic to my recovery. Our goal was to be pain free in my ankle. Goal achieved. I’m pain free. Muscles are tight but I’m recovering well. Highly recommend Dr Blancho. Everybody treated me like a king. Glad I chose him instead of KU Medical in Kansas City due to close proximity and excellent treatment. Can’t be more pleased.

Currently dealing with the aftermath of a bunion removal surgery gone bad after my interactions with this man. While realizing that podiatry is not an exact science, I'm dumbfounded that it seems nothing related to the medical arts seemed to be used in his treatment of my condition. As confirmed by my later consults with another physician of podiatry, Blancho's surgery involved the unnecessary insertion of a plate in my foot, ambivalence to the results and an intensely emotional final meeting.

2nd surgery to repair ankle tendon. I had no stability. Since the 2nd surgery I still have no stability and no feeling in my foot, ruined the function of my toes, disrupted blood supply has caused bone infarction. Had expressed my concerns that I expected a better outcome and Dr.Blancho did not like my comments and just walked out of the room not once but twice. I have not been back and would not recommend anyone going to that facility.

Dr Blancho worked very quickly on an issue that had went undiagnosed by several other doctors. He listened to me and administered the test needed to confirm the diagnosis of Exertional Compartment Syndrome.
