Dr. David Bizousky, MD

Dr Bizousky cancelled my appoint due to the fact that I never got the MRI that he wanted done before my appoint. I explained that I had cancer and a complete aortic dissection; with a stent from the bottom of my spine to the top. I did not get approved with a yes ir no answer from my vascular group. So I was afraid to get it done. Due to if the stent would have torn at all during the procedure. I would have died. Dr Bizousky took an oath to help his patients. But he didnt have the courtesy or caring to help me. I'm sure he could have used other remedies under my circumstances. I would not recommend him to anyone!

Wonderful Doctor!! He has operated on myself and my mom and we have both had wonderful results.

The best experience I've had was at the HMI Center with Dr. David Bizousky. Very knowledgeable and caring. Did my research before having major surgery on both my knees and this is the doctor to see. The best care the whole way through. Entire group of medical staff helped throughout the process from start to finish. IRMC is a great hospital to have take care of you! Thank you to all!

Had a knee replacement in November. Feeling great. Dr. Bizousky has great bedside manners and is a great surgeon.

Dr. Bizousky replaced my 95 year old father's hip. Six weeks after the surgery he was walking without a walker or cane. He was told he was healing better than most 50 year old hip replacements. Dr. Bizousky was very kind and patient with dad who is also very hard of hearing. I would recommend Dr. Bizousky to anyone having knee or hip problems.

If Dr . Bizousky was a car he would be a Rolls Royce, i FIRST CLASS all the way.

From my first appointment to my last, Dr. Bizousky and his staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and understanding of my knee pain. It was determined that a knee replacement was needed and was preformed at Windber Hospital. With other medical problems, healing was a major concern. Within seven weeks of my knee replacement, I was walking with any help and my wound had healed with no problems. I have and will recommend Dr. Bizousky and his staff to any and all who are looking for a orthopedic doctor. I appreciate and thanks all involved.

I cannot stress enough how well my hip replacement surgery went and how soon I was up and moving, with little pain, after it. Dr. Bizousky's anterior approach to replace the hip cuts no muscles and reduces recovery time greatly. The Doctors team goes over everything you can expect with the surgery in a pre-class held about a week before, so there are no surprises and all your questions can be answered. My family Doctor recommenced Dr. Bizousky because his wife had the same surgery several months earlier with excellent results and little down time. I've always found it smart to go where the professionals go to get things done, they usually have the inside track. Finally, if your suffering, get Dr. B to fix you, you won't be sorry.

Dr. Bizousky and his team were very caring and qualified. They answered all my questions and concerns. The whole team was very professional. From office staff,nurses,to physical therapy. My knee surgery was performed at Windber Hospital , and Windber Home Health took care of my needs after surgery. Excellent care from start to finish. I am planning my other knee surgery in the near future.

As an active individual, I have had had multiple orthopedic experiences at multiple levels. I can't express how impressed I have been with Dr. Bizousky and his whole team. From my initial visit with his team, through the scheduling process and all of the follow up, he and his team have been knowledgeable and helpful. I had some hiccups along the way with my insurance provider but I never felt alone. They helped me in locating the correct documents we needed to proceed. The care class was extremely helpful and efficient, it definitely made my surgery day comfortable. The process was smooth from start to finish. As I continue to heal, they have not forgotten about me and my needs. I feel I can call the office with my needs and not only have them met, but met timely. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Bizousky has replaced both of my knees with excellent results. I love that he and his team are constantly looking for new ways to make the surgery more successful and keeping their patient comfortable. I would trust Dr. Bizousky with any of my orthopedic issues.

It feels good to be walking pain free 4 weeks after hip surgery. I was well informed of the procedure and what to expect.

Very down to earth and takes the time to answer any / all questions on your level. Tried other options before surgery, which is not normal for most surgeons. The surgery went good, pain is all gone, on my way back to normal. Had the surgery at Chan Soon-Shiong (Windber) and they were exceptional also. Would recommend Dr Biz and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Bizousky was wonderful. It was my first major surgery. I had a total hip replacement. I was basically pain free right after the surgery. It was unbelievable. I was walking with out any assistance a week after. I would recommend the Dr. Bizousky to anyone.... He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning... Thanks Dr. Biz.....

Dr. Bizousky couldn't have been any better. The care i received prior and durring the surgery was fantastik . I would recomend him to anyone having surgery. My knee is on it's way to recovery thanks to him and all the home health personal.
