Dr. Bivins was excellent. He realized quickly that I did not feel well, and took action. His compassion was comforting, and I feel confident in the medication he prescribed. He answered all my questions and never made me feel unintelligent. Even though it took some time to arrange the appointment, I was happy to be seen by him.

The nurse who saw me was very attentive and concerned about me and my reason for my visit. She wished me safe travels and had a very positive demeanor the whole time. Dr. Bivens was also very friendly and concerned with answering all my questions and getting me the treatment I needed. He asked questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the travel health risks for the area I was going to be traveling to. I appreciated that he also explained why certain vaccines were recommended, and he even prescribed an antibiotic for diarrhea, which was unexpected, but also appreciated.

I saw Dr. Bivins for the first time this visit. He was very knowledgeable and asked insightful questions. His manner is quiet and calm and experienced. I appreciated all of that.
