I have been seeing Dr. Bica and his staff for about 5 months and have enjoyed their exceptional service. His staff in the procedures are a super team, that is extremely helpful. Dr. Bica is very thorough in explaining what procedures he is performing in terms I can easily understand. Very honest and easy to answer questions or concerns. I know what to expect. After having x-rays taken Dr Bica entered the room ready to explain his decision on the proper way to move forward. For my hip his recommendation was a hip replacement. Using the x-rays he explained and showed me how he came to this conclusion. For my shoulder he recommended physical therapy and a cortisone shot and a follow up appointment in 2 months. All my questions were answered satisfactorily and the visit was rewarding.

I was seen by Dr. Bica for my right shoulder pain that has been ongoing forever two months. In physical exam and ultrasound, he showed me that I have right shoulder bursitis. He offered multiple treatments and gave an injection on site and referral for physical therapy. Great provider and explains thoroughly. Only have 5 stars because I can't give more.

I went in for a typical knee injection; just happened to mention a slight hip issue. Dr. Bica, on testing my movement said he wanted to exray my hip - found out I have more arthritis in it than I do in my knees!
