Dr. David Altamira, MD

I first met Dr. Altamira in the emergency room. I had fallen and cut open my forehead severely. How grateful I am that Dr. Altamira was my "angel" at 1 AM. He has the kindest, gentlest manner, with a fantastic staff. His skill is unsurpassed. He is a plastic surgeon "artist." You would never know that I had anything on my forehead, it literally disappeared. I was so grateful that I found him, because recently, I had a ruptured breast implant. I never considered any other doctor than Dr. Altamira. He did a beautiful job with new implants and reconstructive work, and I could not be happier. If you need a plastic surgeon, look no further. He's an amazing doctor.

Had a Pannilectomy which Dr. Altimira changed my life. It has been a successful surgery. I reccomend this Surgeon he's the most genuine and nice doctor Ive encountered and his nurse team are excellent!

I recently had a breast procedure done. He is the best. He is very detailed and explains everything in simple terms. His staff is excellent and have been very helpful with explaining the expectation post surgery. If I had a chance to repeat the procedure, there would be no hesitation of me going to him. If I decide on other procedures that he is specialized in, he would most definitely be my physician of choice. He makes me feel comfortable and I am happy with his work. Love it

There aren’t words for me to describe what a great dr he is! Any procedure you need done , he makes sure to make you feel comfortable . No question is a dumb question. I tend to get very anxious and nervous, but he even makes the experience enjoyable . He has great expertise and knowledge . I will always recommend him and he will always be my #1 doctor . Dr. Altamira is one of the most talented surgeons in Houston. Recently my younger sister received a Breast Lift and a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Altamira. Her results were astonishing, she has never felt and looked this happy in forever. After seeing her AMAZING results I felt a need to get my Breasts lifted as well. I also decided to get a Labiaplasty because I always felt uncomfortable with my Labia. After having both of my procedures done I feel incredible about my body and myself. BEST DECISION!!

He ordered a ultrasound for my husband who was seen at Memorial Hermann Tirr by this Dr. He said that my husband could have a possible blood clot. (Leg suddenly swollen) ..... Starting over: Let me make it VERY CLEAR that my husband was NOT seeing him for any type of plastic surgery. My husband was referred to him because of an extremely bad pressure sore that he has been dealing with for a while
