ER VISIT
Doctor would only interact and make eye contact with my son. Anytime I would try to voice my concern I was shut down.He belittled me and my decision to bring my son to the ER. Told my son to throw the our thermometers away. Poor bedside manner. Not personable. Very Rude. Spent very little time with patient during exam etc. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

ER Visit
My daughter and son-in-law took my grandson to the ER with a fever, cough, and nose congestion. My grandson had these symptoms for four days and they were progressively getting worse. This doctor looked in his ears, nose, throat and checked his chest. He decisively said it was a cold and sent them on their way. They decided to get a second opinion the next day from their regular pediatrician and my grandson was diagnosed with an ear infection. How does a doctor miss this? I’m glad they took him and got the second opinion or it could have gotten a lot worse. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

YOU WERE WRONG
My sons visit with Dr Koller in the pediatric Emergency department was anything but pleasant. He is extremely rude and has zero empathy or understanding when it comes to small children. He accused me of lying about how my child got injured which resulted in a CPS investigation. What a slap in the face to accuse me of such a thing. I brought MY child to the ER because I was concerned and I wanted to ensure my baby was ok. I have never been so upset and hurt by another human in my entire life. I trusted you to care for my child and you did the EXACT OPPOSITE. My child was put through many unnecessary tests they had to hold my baby down to perform on top of being injured. The way we were treated in that ER was unacceptable and inhumane. I will never allow that DR to ever care for my children ever again ! Look at all the negative reviews, how is this man still employed ?

Dr. Koller was the doctor my 8 year old daughter had to see when she was rushed to the ER. She was in pain, nevous and scared. He did not explain himself so she was asking questions. He started being a smart alec, sarcastic and threatening to have nurses hold her down. She was just scared and did not understand what he was doing. Later that night I tried to take into cosideration maybe he had a bad day... but he is working with children and needs to have better bedside manner and be courteous.
