Thank you Dr. Casey!
I have been seeing Dr. Casey for years, and I am immensely grateful for the care he and his team provide. Dr. Casey is outstanding and sets himself apart from other dermatologists and doctors I have encountered.Firstly, he is incredibly generous with his time, patiently listening to any concerns or symptoms I present and thoroughly explaining my conditions and treatment options. His commitment to understanding and addressing my needs is unusual.Secondly, Dr. Casey’s expertise is evident in his thorough and knowledgeable approach to diagnosis and treatment recommendations. His depth of understanding reassures me that I am receiving the best possible care.Lastly, Dr. Casey’s genuine concern for my health is evident in every visit. I never feel pressured to purchase additional products or services; I feel like his focus is always on what is best for my well-being.I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Casey to anyone seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled dermatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Casey's for twenty years. He has been late for almost every appointment I have ever had and never an apology. Recently I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. After waiting for 75 minutes I was told it would be another 30 minutes. To add insult to injury they took a patient before me that had arrived 20 minutes after me. Front office staff is aloof and uninformed. Doctor and staff that treat patients this way don't deserve their patients. I have moved on.

I went to Doctor Casey the other day for the first time for an annual checkup. He did a very thorough job and did a much better job explaining everything he found than any other dermatologist I have ever had.

Dr Casey is a very gentle person, who has a vision of the whole, and this is a rare quality to be found in a doctor. His visit was very thorough. Yes, I had to wait for sometimes, but it is quite normal with this kind of meticulous visits.

I always enjoyed seeing Dr Casey, but last week I went and arrived 20 min before my appt time. 50 min past my appt I asked reception how much longer it would be, because I had another appt that I was getting close to being late for. I was told I would not be seen by the time I had to leave to keep my other appt. I will never go back given I traveled 45 min to the office and waited 50 min after my appt time and was never seen. A complete disrespect of my time.

I'm not sure why the last person reviewing Dr. Casey has such trouble with office visits! I've been Dr. Casey's patient for ~10 years and visit 3 to 4 times per year. I do schedule my appointments early in the morning - 8 am, but I rarely wait more than 10 minutes or so in the exam room. I find Dr. Casey to be very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I like that he spends a lot of time with me answering questions & explaining procedures. Much more time than any other physician I have ever had.

Though Dr. Casey is a pleasant person, he & his office seem to be very disorganized & obviously do not value their patients' time. Every single visit to his office results in very long delays and wait times. My wife and I both went to him over the last several years and we get the same experience - arrive early for an appointment, then always get taken back to a room late (15-30 minutes minimum... sometimes almost an hour) and then once in the exam room I have waited as long as another hour.
