Had a good experience with the Doctor overall. But he engages in a scammy practice that is beneath him in my opinion. He scheduled an ultrasound for me just in case because everything was well, and after completing the ultrasound he required an appointment to get any sort of results. I called to ask if I really needed an appt, if there was nothing concerning I’d rather not waste my time and miss work. The front desk worker was rude and quickly brushed me off the phone.So it was either schedule an appt so the doctor can bill me or never hear back about my results. I considered canceling, felt the doctor would be ethically required to reach out if there was anything concerning, but opted to just go and not be left wondering. So I go and the doctor looks me square in the eye and tells me all is fine, gives me a 2 min appt, and is on his way. Spent 2 hours in traffic, missed a bit of work, for something that every other doctor I’ve ever had would’ve done over a phone call, for free.

There office never answers the phone. Or answer and hit hold and never come back. Wish I could get an appointment

Why do you need appointment system if patients have to wait 1-1.5hours. First, they accepted my insurance and scheduled appointment. I've been waiting weeks, when I arrived after making me 1.5h they told me they do not accept my insurance plan. I wasted my time and sickly get back home.

He is a great doctor that I highly recommend, but lately, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a call-back to schedule an appointment as all my calls go to voicemail whether in the morning or afternoon.

call as many times as u want, but u will never speak to the dr nor his assistant who has the authority to approve prescriptions at the pharmacy

Okkk. Went to see Dr Bruck December 2021. I had visited 3 urologists previously and their visits amounted to nothing. No relief from either of them . Just a bunch of creams and tablets. So what did I have to loose? So onto my visit. Dr Bruck is human, I mean you can talk to him, he listens, he does not hurry the visit and mainly he sees you as a person and not a $$$$$. Excellent bedside, funny, and most of all , he puts you at ease. This is my third visit and although my issue still exists, I have that gut feeling that he will eventually figure it out. I am now on a treatment plan and let's wait and see. His staff is very professional, yet friendly, appointment easy to schedule. Will I recommend him to friends and family? Of course, as much as I would like to keep his patients as sizable as possible ( for my benefit) . They should also have the pleasure of knowing a true doctor. A doctor who makes you feel that there is hope .. you will be ok regardless.

Dr. Bruck is super friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. He explains everything and encourages questions. In addition, the office is run so smoothly, and all of the employees are super nice. Amazingly, when my appointment is for 1:30, I get seen at 1:30! In South Florida!!!! Sadly, I'm moving from the area, and won't be seeing him again, but I wanted to do him the favor of a good recommendation. And even though I'm leaving, he's told me that anything I need or have any questions about, to reach out to him, and he'll be glad to help. Total class act.

Follow-up to some potential stone and bleeding issues. Took a bit of time to see him. Very affable and knowleageable; great bed side manner; thorough and complete; no apparent hurry to end visit. Would recommend to anyone. Perfect urologist. Practical dietary recommendations for dealing with my issues.

The waiting room is a zoo. People FaceTiming, talking on the phone. Checking in, all windows closed. I had a 2:40 appointment, but the required me to arrive at 2pm so that I could fill out paperwork - which was completed in 5 minutes. Then I was brought into a room where I waited. And waited. After an hour, I walked out. The disrespect shown to a persons time is utterly appalling. Typical Miami - worst health care service (all service) in the country.

If you are making a serious decision about a urologist for a serious matter, I recommend you look for the best, from the start. Don’t let anyone charm you into thinking everything is manageable, until it’s not. This doctor is way below average, in my opinion. If you have something minor or can’t get in anywhere else, then maybe.

Good doctor but very weak as a professional to defend the rights of patients before an office with non-professional employees starting with a non-competent administrator named Maria Lopez.After more than a month out of treatment and as a result of defending my rights, they refused to continue treating me - which I celebrate - because I found true professionals where the patient is the priority. They need to learn how to be good and efficient professionals.
