Dr. Darren Allcock, DO

I have been a patient for 7 years. I called for a much needed prescription change on Tuesday (passed out, had labs done, TSH was 14, blood pressure was very low) and was ignored. I called the office 5 times - they would not let me speak to a nurse because I already had a note in my chart that I had called. I explained (on Tuesday) that I was flying out of town on Thursday and would need a prescription change before that. I was assured that I would hear from him prior to leaving. I finally called back and demanded to speak to a nurse - the nurse was incredibly condescending and rude. She refused to let me speak and spoke to me in a sarcastic, hateful manner. She said he didn't return phone calls until Fridays - and that after a request he has 72 hours to respond. After I got hateful back...which is very unusual for me...I had a prescription called in and filled within 15 minutes. I will not be back - after speaking to other patients of his, this is not unusual behavior.

A very kind, gentle, informative doctor. He is patient and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
