Dr. Rutazaana exhibited rude behavior and displayed a dismissive attitude toward his patient's worries. Despite running basic lab tests on my father-in-law, no source of infection was identified. When I requested additional tests and a second opinion, Dr. Rutazaana refused, stating that family members cannot dictate medical decisions or instruct physicians on their duties. The issue arises when doctors fail to heed the concerns of patients and their families, resulting in inadequate care. My father-in-law was discharged with an unidentified infection, instructed to follow up with various specialists as outpatients. However, conducting further tests could have pinpointed the source of his illness, thereby streamlining the outpatient care process to save both time and resources. Physicians like Dr. Rutazaana, who possess a confrontational attitude, are ill-suited to prioritize patient well-being. Their actions often lead to further harm to patients and their loved ones
